Delivery partners and timeframes

Your purchase may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies that we partner with (such as Pack and Send). Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery carrier and your location (among other factors). In most cases a reference number will be provided by the shipping company once your order is dispatched, enabling you to track your order. 

Resolving damaged or lost orders

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly, as they are responsible for delivering your item. As a result, we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Love Their Soul.
